Schnebly Hill Road is a steep dirt road that used to be the access to Sedona in times long past.  Now it mainly provides a great overlook of the valley below.

This is from the crest of the road looking down over a prickly pear cactus.  I became intimately acquainted with one of these while zipping up my photo pack.  I ended up jamming one of the spines deep into my thumb.  I didn't curse, but I did yell pretty loudly.
