Cape Royal Sunset - Grand Canyon National Park North Rim

We headed to Cape Royale from Point Imperial with the sky overcast and winds blowing.  A small sliver of lighter sky on the western horizon gave us hope for a chance of a sunset.  The clouds parted enough to light up the cape as we had hoped, but then just after the sun set it lit up these clouds and the reflected light illuminated the gorge below.  We were blessed with this beautiful scene.
